Our mission is to enrich the lives of our community by partnering with our area’s resources to provide outstanding services to individuals in need that allow them to live independently; to excel in the care of each client with special emphasis on safety and client comfort.
We provide non-emergency transportation services to individuals living in the following counties in Ohio: Allen, Auglaize, Champaign, Hancock, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, Preble, Putnam, and Van Wert.
Please note- we are not able to accommodate stretcher transportation.
Safety First
We prioritize your safety above all else. We utilize top-tier technology to monitor safe driving habits and road conditions. Our drivers have the support of our Dispatch team at all times and have been trained in Defensive Driving, Passenger Assistance Training, and First Aid/CPR.
In addition to safe drivers, we take pride in the quality and safety of our vehicles. With regular, routine maintenance and monitoring, you can rest assured that your ride will be safe, and comfortable.

Customer Service
We offer prompt response and excellent service to ensure that our passengers’ arrival at their requested destination will be safe and on schedule. We try to ensure satisfaction and attempt to keep waiting times at a minimum so once the passenger is ready to be picked up, one of our friendly dispatchers will be sure to route the next available vehicle to their pickup location. We are fully insured and certified. Whether they are a Medicaid recipient or paying out of pocket, with our competitive prices, Clymer's will be the only Medical Transportation provider our passengers will ever need.
